We aren't beginners at this, we started residencies at one of our properties on the Isle of Wight and due to the success we decided to try something a little bigger in scale. Pinkmead is a 24 acre private waterfront estate located in the heart of the Isle of Wight on the River Medina. Providing total peace and tranquility Pinkmead is a perfect retreat to relax, unwind and explore the natural wonders of this jewel in the Solent. We make gin here using botanicals from the estate and we have just started the inception of a Vineyard where we will be producing English Sparkling, Rose and white wine in 2025.
