We aim to be as sustainable as possible and with our very own organic vegetable garden we continue to grow seasonal produce throughout the year. Yup we even grow lemongrass, anything that we don't grow on site we buy in from the local grocers who use the local farms within the vicinity. Whether it is meat, fish or veg nothing has come from further than 8 miles away keeping our carbon footprint down
